@EatCleanwithSarah is back with another mouthwatering recipe...

When it comes to radiant health, what you eat is everything. Including healthy fats in your diet, like coconut, is crucial for encouraging thick, beautiful hair. It has so many beneficial properties. Not only is it incredible for skin and hair, but it is antibacterial, anti-fungal!

Coconut oil is also great as a hair mask because it is so hydrating. I love using coconut oil and coconut butter in my recipes because they both are so nourishing and accessible. Coconut butter can easily be made by blending unsweetened shredded coconut in a blender and pulsing until smooth. It is delicious in raw vegan desserts because it adds that creamy, buttery flavor—and it also adds healthy fat to get that inner glow going.

I’ve added freeze-dried strawberries to these treats, a fruit high in antioxidants. Antioxidant-rich ingredients help maintain the collagen levels in your body, which in turn help hair growth and strength. Incorporating fruit into your diet is an easy way to make sure you are getting antioxidants into your daily life. The freeze-dried version of strawberries adds an intense strawberry flavor to this recipe, which is so delicious. These treats make the perfect post-workout bite too. Enjoy!
