+ What is the shipping fee?
We’re now offering free 3-day shipping in the continental US on orders over $75. All orders under $75 is subjected to $6 flat rate shipping. Once your order is fulfilled and you receive a tracking number via email or SMS, expect products within 3 days.*.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 from Hawaii and a flat rate of $15 for orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Military & Diplomatic adresses.

Please note: Due to the busy nature of the season our fulfillment team + shipping partners experience a huge amount of traffic and delays, please allow for an extra 2-3 business days for your order to process and package to arrive.

We ship all of our packages via UPS SurePost— your package will start off with UPS and the final delivery will be completed by your local USPS branch.

We ship anywhere in the US from our main website! If you’re international— you can purchase online from Urban Outfitters, Amazon, and Net-a-Porter UK, along with our other retail partners which you can find on our 'Retail Partners' page!
+ When will my order ship?
On average, orders ship out within 1-3 business days— during site-wide sales and the holiday season, please be patient with us as processing times may be a bit longer
+ When will my weekend order ship?
Your order should be packed up and ready to go during the weekend and sent out on the following Monday! (Not including Monday holidays)
+ When should I expect my order to arrive?
After your order is processed, expect products within 3 days. You'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

+ What is Route Protection?
Route is a third-party application that allows our customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.
You are able to select Route's Shipping Insurance at check out.
If you select Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim here

We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are not covered by Route insurance during checkout. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders that were not insured.
Shipping to Canada

The shipping fee will include any duties & taxes if you select DDP method. This will be displayed at checkout.
+ Which carriers do you use?
UPS - final delivery will be completed by Canada Post. Please see the alternate tracking number on your UPS tracking details then you may copy and paste it via Canada Post's website.

+ When should I expect my order to arrive?
The majority of packages will arrive between 2-8 days. However, this transit time depends on location, your choice of shipment method, and external conditions (like the weather.) We'll provide you with a tracking number.
