Why are the capsules unique? 

• The Act+Acre plant-based capsules have been specially formulated to support hair growth and overall hair wellness. This blend of plant extracts, vitamins, and amino acids increases collagen, keratin and elastin levels in your body, promoting hair growth, resilience, and visible strand thickness. These capsules have been created with all hair types in mind, with elevated impact for those with weakened and thinning tresses. They’re also vegan, GMO-free and Gluten-free. <3

Does hair growth end if you stop taking supplements? Does hair revert back to being thin and falling out? 

• Hair growth and health is largely dependent on the vitamins in your body. If you stop taking your capsules and continue to be deficient in vitamins, your hair may stop growing as fast or begin to thin. If you notice this happening, we recommend taking capsules again to give your body the necessary nutrients to maintain maximum hair growth results.

I have had intolerances to vitamins before. Have you had any history of digestive issues with these? 

• We have had no history of digestive issues. If vitamin intolerance is a major concern, we recommend talking to your doctor prior to taking supplements.

Can I take them when breastfeeding? 

• Pregnancy depletes several nutrients in the body, including folate, calcium, and vitamin B6. If you’re breastfeeding, your daily recommended dose of many nutrients is even higher than it was in pregnancy. Act+Acre’s plant based capsules and associated ingredient levels are safe to take during breastfeeding.

Are Act+Acre’s vitamins FDA-approved? 

• By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. Act+Acre vitamins are manufactured in accordance with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), which help ensure quality and safety.

I have broken out when taking other products containing B vitamins and Biotin—will the supplements cause breakouts? 

• High levels of Biotin, B6 and B12 have been linked to breakouts and acne in some individuals. In our research with the capsules, we have not had any reports of breakouts. If you begin to see inflammation or breakouts in your skin after taking our capsules, we would advise you to stop taking them immediately.
