I have thin, Fine, low density Type 3 Curls. This spray refreshes and defrizzes and lightly defines my 2nd and 3rd day curls.
I use it on my damp ,and sometimes even dry hair,if I like my 2nd day curl pattern.

I'm not typically a fan of refresh sprays because they usually leave my hair feeling weighed down and greasy, BUT THIS spray?! I will be using it religiously. I've extended my wash 'n' go by two days, which is loads of time back for a professional curly gurl. I recommend dividing the hair into four sections, making sure the hair is damp, and keeping the amount of spray per section to about 4-5 squeezes (for more pronounced and tighter curls).
