I have the most dry, frizzy, curly hair on this planet and the new Daily Hydro Shampoo and Conditioner from Act and Acre is nothing short of Magic!! I'm a couple weeks in of use and I notice more definition in my loose curl pattern, my hair feels softer, there is more shine and less frizz. I'm so impressed to see a difference so quickly and look forward to what consistent use does for me!! The shampoo lathers very nicely and once rinsed my hair and scalp feel clean but not stripped of moisture.

I was happy to receive this product to test and had high expectations and hopes given a big struggle with frizz in the humidity of the summer. It took at least 3 weeks to start to notice any kind of shine. Frizz management didn't really happen - about the same as any other shampoo. The consistency of the shampoo is quite thick, almost like a gel. Sometimes it made me feel like I couldn't get the product to fully penetrate my hair to feel fully clean. That said, in low humidity I do notice a shine and smoothness to my hair with this.

This product immediately smoothed out my color treated hair that was feeling kind of toasted. I love the lather on the shampoo. After using the shampoo, conditioner and scalp serum I did see improvements in hair hydration, but I did still have to use a leave in conditioner too.

I love this shampoo! I’ve been spending a lot of time in water this summer (at the beach and the pool) and this shampoo gave much needed hydration to my dry hair. My strands soak it up!
