Should I apply these products to wet hair?
The Salicylic Acid Scalp Exfoliator should be applied to dry hair before showering, while the Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum can either be applied directly to the scalp after shampooing or on a dry scalp as a leave-in treatment.
How often should I use both products?
We recommend using the Salicylic Acid Scalp Exfoliator once a week prior to shampooing. The Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum can be applied daily to provide immediate scalp itch relief while preventing future scalp sensitivities
How To
Use the Salicylic Acid Scalp Exfoliator once a week, followed by the Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum daily.
For Salicylic Acid Scalp Exfoliator:
On dry hair, apply a thin layer directly to scalp. Use fingers to massage in + let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse well + follow with a double cleanse.
For Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum:
Apply 2-3 pipettes onto a clean scalp. Massage into the scalp. Do not rinse. Use a spot treatment on dry hair as needed for instant relief.

The product is correctly named: it does provide instant relief from my mild to moderate scalp seborrheic dermatitis/eczema with flares, flakes, itchies, and discomfort. I actually prefer this set to the build-up set but use both depending on my scalps needs which vary greatly depending on physiological and environmental factors. Both systems leave the scalp feeling well balance, not oily like many other systems *YAY*! Make no mistake, this product is not overpriced. I have paid much more for prescriptions that didn’t work as well and spend 10x the amount trying different things.
And, a big THANK YOU to A+A for not putting lavender in this product. I am allergic and sensitive to many things and have to go through ingredients with a fine tooth comb. This is allergy and sensitivity safe for me which is saying quite a lot.
If you have sensitivities and scalp itchies, you will not be disappointed with this product.
