Should I use the Curl Spray on wet or dry hair?

Both! You can apply the spray after shower to prep scalp and hair for styling or use it on dry hair to redefine and restore curls while soothing the scalp in between washes.

Will the Restorative Conditioning Mask weigh down my curls?

No. While it is a deeply hydrating treatment, the mask rinses off easily, leaving all hair types silky soft without added weight.

What causes products to build up on my curls?

Build-up typically comes from silicone and wax-based ingredients being layered onto the hair. When not properly or consistently cleansed, these ingredients can affect the texture, pattern, and hydration of your curls. All Act+Acre products are silicone free, so you won't find any cause for build-up.

How to use Act+Acre Soft Wave System:

Use the Curl Cleanse Shampoo + Restorative Conditioning Hair Mask for each cleanse, followed by the the Curl Spray daily.

For Curl Cleanse Shampoo:
Apply to wet hair. Start cleansing at the nape of the neck and work upward for a deeper cleanse. Cleanse twice for optimal results.

For Restorative Conditioning Hair Mask:
Massage evenly onto wet cleansed hair. Leave on for 2-5 minutes and rinse well. For deeper hydration, leave the mask on for 20 minutes and rinse.

For Curl Spray:
Spray evenly over wet or dry hair to redefine curl pattern.
