Can I apply the treatment to dry hair?
For optimal results, we recommend applying the spray after cleansing, or on a damp scalp as a leave-in treatment.
Does the treatment leave your scalp and hair greasy or oily?
No. This is a lightweight, nongreasy spray treatment that fully absorbs into the scalp once massaged in. Only 1-2 pumps are needed per section of application.

I ordered this as part of a promotion on 4/18 (it was supposed to come with a complementary towel and dermastamp), and while my order was marked processed, it never arrived. When I reached out to the Act+Acre team, they sent me a message with information to track my package, but it contained no actual information--clearly just a copy paste without double-checking that the relevant information was there. I followed up. As you can see in the photo, she says it was delivered on "[date]" (does not include a date) and I can check "here" (no link to where to check).
I reached out on 5/4, heard back on 5/8, and then followed up on 5/8 and have not heard back since (i'm writing this on 5/17). I hate to write negative reviews, especially since I have friends who love Act+Acre, but it's really disappointing to have such nonexistent customer support.

I’m 27 and have always had very fine hair. My hair is finally healthy and growing. I also use bur bur oil 2-3 times per week and biolage leave in conditioner with olaplex on the ends of my hair. I am now nourishing and protecting my hair from the scalp, mids, and ends.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Stem Cell Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair was truly fuller and seems stronger with no breakage. The scent is very pleasant, and the bottles are sophisticated - the only ones I will put in my shower - I know fussy. I did have a problem with the first shipping - bottle was open and spilled into the carton. I reported this to customer service and was told a new bottle would be sent, which never arrived. Still, the open bottle did not seem to lessen the quality. I would highly recommend for thin hair.
