Why doesn't the Hair Cleanse Shampoo foam?
Our Hair Cleanse Shampoo is sulfate-free, so it won’t lather like traditional shampoos. To activate it, add water and emulsify in your hands until it forms a silky lather. This helps it spread evenly and cleanse effectively. For best results, massage into your scalp and follow with a second cleanse.
How often should I use the Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum?
Apply daily for instant relief from scalp itch while helping to prevent future sensitivities.
Can the serum be applied to wet or dry hair?
For best results, apply it after cleansing or on a dry scalp as a leave-in treatment.
For Balancing Shampoo:
Apply to wet hair. Start cleansing at the nape of the neck and work upward for a deeper cleanse. Cleanse twice for optimal results.
For Hair Conditioner:
After shampooing, apply from mid lengths to ends. Rinse thoroughly. Leave in for 2-3 minutes for added nourishment.
For Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum:
Apply 2-3 pipettes onto a clean scalp. Massage into the scalp. Do not rinse. Use a spot treatment on dry hair as needed for instant relief.
