Our Hair Cleanse Shampoo is sulfate-free, so it won’t lather like traditional shampoos. To activate it, add water and emulsify in your hands until it forms a silky lather. This helps it spread evenly and cleanse effectively. For best results, massage into your scalp and follow with a second cleanse.
How often should I use the Microbiome Cooling Scalp Serum?

Can the serum be applied to wet or dry hair?

After shampooing, apply from mid lengths to ends. Rinse thoroughly. Leave in for 2-3 minutes for added nourishment.

I have very sensitive skin and that includes my scalp. I have never used a product that was so effective in relieving an itchy, inflamed scalp. I have even used it when I had an allergic reaction to something in a shampoo that caused not only inflammation but very itchy, little bumps all over my scalp. Putting this serum on my scalp was amazing, the relief was almost instantaneous and I did not have to use a lot. 1 to 1 1/2 pipettes worked magic. I put in like 4 spots and then messaged it over my scalp and I couldn't believe how effective it was.
