Can the serum be applied to wet or dry hair?
It can be applied to both! For optimal results, we recommend applying the serum daily on clean, damp hair, or on a dry scalp in the evenings as an overnight treatment. The serum is intended to absorb into the scalp and should not be immediately washed or rinsed off.
Will the Stem Cell Scalp Serum help the look + feel of hair loss?
No. This is a lightweight serum that fully absorbs into the scalp; however, you should use your fingers to massage it in.

How to use Act+Acre Stem Cell Serum:

Only been a week but can honestly say relief crept im from day one - scallp had been feeling tight and itchy without flakes for about a year . This is the third product of its type ive tried and no satisfaction from the other 2 brands . Also , no overlap in usage . Has been over 3 months since touched the others . So, I am positive the progress is from this . Yes , its pricey compared to a majority of the others but I believe its a case of “ you get what you pay for”
